Agent Mark Bartelstein said Warner awoke this morning at "not totally 100%." ESPN, NFL.com, and FOXSports all have reported that Warner is unlikely to play Sunday. Matt Leinart is the Cardinals' likely starter at Tennessee.

It was also reported Sunday that Warner's neck and head were sore. The Cardinals struggled to move the ball in chunks without Warner, and the team says he will be evaluated this week before any decisions are made. Beat writer Kent Somers says it's "no sure thing" that Warner will start in Week 13. Matt Leinart would get the nod against Minnesota if Warner can't.

Despite the split in reps, Warner's return indicates that he was cleared after an early-week visit to an eye doctor. Warner says he's "getting better," and that the "fogginess" in his eyes has dissipated. It's too early so say definitively whether Warner will face Minnesota's No. 19 pass defense Sunday (he practiced in full all last week and was still inactive), but the initial signs are promising. Monitor his status closely this week.

Warner practiced in full again and his progression indicates that he will be under center barring a setback barring a late-week recurrence of concussion-related symptoms. He has a decent matchup at home against the Vikings, but fantasy owners should consider giving him another week off if other options are available.
